I think that it’s nice that there is more diversity and acceptance in new books from younger authors. This book contains many dark themes that aren’t really talked about in books. I personally do not like reading books with dark themes, but, this book had a good plot.   The characters have relatable personalities, especially Wyatt. His character is not perfect; he makes many mistakes, and acts on impulse. The characters on the cover match their description accurately.  The cover stands out with the bright colors and comic-looking art. If you are interested in fantasy, diversity, and LGBT themes, this book is the right fit for you!
